The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, wound healing and anticancer activities.
Pumpkin seeds are full of fibre, vitamins and minerals, as well as a very clever amino acid known as cucurbitin. Cucurbitin is an amino acid which can reduce worm burdens.
